I went in for prep to replace a crown. I did not have to wait long in the lobby, it took just a few minutes until my name was called. Dr. Salin explained each step before he took it and asked if I had any questions. His friendly dental assistant was experienced and capable, and she explained the steps she did and answered my questions as well. I asked her for a pillow to support my neck, and she provided one. During my initial appointment today with Dr. Salin, digital x-rays were taken by Betty, who was wonderful and considerate of my gag reflex problems. (I have never had digital x-rays... very nice.) Dr. Salin explained what was necessary for my mouth and gave me some options to choose. We will now request authorization and then get started. A wonderful first time visit. Extremely friendly dental office and very professional office staff. The communications they use for appointment reminders before and then again the day of the appointment is just the best.
